Clenbuteral cycle .. how do you guys do it

Hey guys ... so first time wanting to run some clen for a summer cut ... Just wondering ... keep reading varying answers ...
1) how would u guys dose it for a first time
2) would u pyramid dose
3) how long would u run it and do you cycle off
4) when would u take it ... all once a day morning , spread the dose ?
 
I started at 50 units and uped it 10 per day amd max out at 100. I took mine in the morning all at once. Really doesn't matter cause the half life. I ran it 2 weeks on, 2 off for 6-8 weeks. Protocol is the key here. If you take this you won't have to run it like that, you can stay on it.
 
I've run a variation of on-off durations somewhat like Manski.

The side effects usually last a week or so and the benefits will usually diminish
after 4-6 weeks due to beta-receptor down regulation... it is also best to take 4-6 weeks
off if you're running a normal cycle of 4-8 weeks.

It is also recommended to increase the dose every three days - rather than jump right into
your max dose.

1. Start LOW. 20-40mcg will give you a good idea how you respond. I made the mistake once of starting at 80mcg, and puked so hard, I blew blood vessels in one of my eyes.

2. Slowly working up in doses helps you determine what is a safe dose for you. The sides can go from super annoying to "I really want out!" very quickly. As it's your first time, I'd probably go up every two days or so, just to get a real good feel for how you're doing.

3. Without ketotifen, 2on/2 off. With ketotifen, you can stay on as long as you continue to see results. Just remember, while the tremors and headaches may go away, the increase in body temperature and increased heart rate may not. I would hesitate in going much longer than 8 weeks, so the body can have a break.

4. I take it in the morning as it helps wake you up. This might be a problem come bedtime, even though the dose does eventually even out due to the long half-life.

It's been a while sense I've ran an ECA stack... but for me, clen gives me more of the shakes.

However I did run ECA for a very long time at high levels so my tolerance levels were also high.

To the best of my memory ECA was more mild in comparison to clen, but it could have just been my tolerance?

I would personally run clean with much more caution in comparison of the two.

I've ran both together... and run the same doses, as if I would run either one alone.

A lot of people look at var for cutting - but it really doesn't work that way... it was designed to have a
very strong separation of anabolic and androgenic effect... with out any significant estrogenic or
progestational activity.

Although it's a mild oral steroid... it's tailored for strength and pure muscle tissue gain.
 
i never liked clen, way too many shakes and buzzy feelings which i dont like. some do however but i never liked stimulants like clen or t3 or even coffee, just not my thing

does it work? yeah it does, nothing better then a bit smarter diet but sure it works some

Clen is more effective, but the sides can be pretty horrible until your body acclimates. I do prefer albuterol to clen, which is also slightly more potent than ECA - but ECA can be run for much greater periods of time with a consistent set of results. I don't really feel the "buzz" from clen/albut that I get from ephedrine, it's more of a constant shaking and dry heat under the skin.

I hope that makes sense. :)

Edit: Forgot to compare to anavar. Var just seems to tighten things up and (IME) due to the intense pumps, makes my skin feel tighter. I don't see that from the beta agonists. I can't really compare the fat loss properties as I usually do run them together lol.

I tried 60 units twice a day about 8 hours apart. Shaky as hell. I found that I couldn't keep my head still, it would just shake. Personally not for me but it works man. BE sure to take breaks and look into taking Taurine with it.

stert low and work your way up. like 30-40mcg and im guessing you will be good around 60-100mcg ed.
take in AM, and look into Keto to run with it and take that one at night time.
 
I used it in this way and worked well. 1pill=20 mcg
Days: 1,2,3: 1 pill per day
Days: 4,5,6: 2 pills per day
Days: 7,8,9: 3 pills per day
continued on for 1 week with 3 pills and then increased to 4 pills for 3 days to see reaction.
Reaction was weak so i increased till reaching 5 pills per day. I liked it an stayed on it for 2 weeks and then started to go down of 1 pill every 5 days.
I used a reliable pharm name so it really worked.
