Coming off 8 week HCG cycle...whew

75 days ago I was 254 (I'm 6'1") and @ +-30%BF, and I am now 203 and 22%, I took HCG for 55 days and tapered off since I was done with 500 cals, and I thought I was losing my mind.

I then did a 21 day Atkins like induction and stabilized through the holidays : ) so now I am starting to add some starchy carbs in the AM and just scared with what is next. I know I went on a crazy diet plan, I just don't want to gain it back and I want to shed some more bf too, but my skin seems kinda loose and jelloee. I am looking for some nutrional guidance in building a plan for the 6 or 8 weeks, although I am thinking of getting back on HCG for 23days since the suffering was minimal, and no gym, I would say I am at a crossroads to say the least.

I am ready to do some gym stuff ~45min and 5-6 meals again and cutting down my bf down another 10% by August(birthday), to do this I was thinking of doing some carb cycling of 3hi 4low and maybe eating 8cals per lb? There is so much trash on the web nowadays, I just want to get my plan solid for the next 8 weeks or so.
