I have just started my cycle (2 days in Test/Deca). My goal is to add size and strength, but I also want to shed my fat around my stomach. I am 6'3 and weigh 235 with about 20% BF mostly on my gut/a little on my back.
I have researched on this site, but really want some advice on eating schedule and an actual diet- what to exactly to eat. I want to start this ASAP. Thank you so much for the help!
Oh- I want to avoid the eca stack- just want to stick to the cycle I have.
