Confused!!!!!!

I have been told to take creatine after a workout, but just today i was told to take it before so my ATP last longer during the workout??????? Whats the correct method??? Thanks
 
I take it before and then right after. 2 times a day for me on workout days then 1 time per day on non workout days.
 
I would also suggest taking it before and after you train. If you are only going to take it once, then it should be post workout.
 
I've heard that mixing it into your post-workout shake, with some dextrose will do the trick.
 
If you are taking Plasmavol do you take it before and after or just after? Should I buy some straight creatine for before?
 
If you take your creatine before your workout I would advice not useing dextrose or any carb for that matter. If you spike or raise your insulin before your workout you will hinder the ability for your body to excrete growth hormone and then cortisol will become dominate much quicker than if insulin remained low. Just my .02
 
Pre and Post, both times with dextro. That WILL work if u respond to creatine that is...

What if you mix plasmavol with your protein shake [inlcuding Glutamin] and drink it prior to work out??

Personally i have tried it and i have gained 12lbs in 2 weeks plus I have noticed that i can lift more !
