Ok so I am sure a lot of us eat cottage cheese, especially before bed. Well I discovered a delicious way to eat it. 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2 or 3 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 or 2 tbsp of honey. It is delicious, kinda turns it into a pudding and is the perfect pre bedtime meal with a sweet side.
