could use advice tren ace/test e

What would be the best recommendation to add to this stack to add a lil mass ???

We need a few details here. Your stats, age, cycle history, and a less generalized goal here. Are you looking to bulk, recomp, cut, et cetera?

Otherwise, you may get some poor advice that could really give you less than optimal results.
 
Im 29 5'7 230 13% bf i am the blast and cruise type i have always been into the wet gainz. But with summer here i want to more so harden up. And with the wet gsinz i know im holding water weight i just wanted to get a gerneral idea of what could be a most effective compound to bulk with tren ace/test e that isnt a super dry compund

Wet/dry is determined more by estradiol control and diet than anything. Sure, some compounds are designed to pull water out of your tissues like stanzolol, but you can honestly achieve "dry" gains from just about anything. (I kind of hesitate at saying ALL, because dbol is a royal bitch to keep estradiol controlled with.)

Blasting and cruising doesn't tell me much as many guys just run high/low test year-round. Do you have experience with tren, or at least deca? 19-nors are different animals, so it's important to understand that they have a different set of requirements.
 
This would be my first time with tren im at 1000 mg a week of test cyp and usually just mess with dbol anadrol etc i have never had a issue with gyno from dbol i was going to drop it to 600-700 of test e add 300-400 of tren ace and keep caber around just in case of pracolin build up if thsts spelt right my nutrition is getting cleaned up was on i was 5000 calories 500 carb 300 protein alot of shakes tho so am goin to start eatin my calories. Have you heard of of npp similar to deca apperntly? In all reality if i could just harden up at the weight im at thats the route i would wanna take .

Yes, NPP is the phenyl-propionate ester attached to nandrolone, where deca is nandrolone with the decanoate ester attached. I am a fan of nandrolone as I have had multiple surgeries over the years and my joints really enjoy the benefits that nandrolone provides. However, trenbolone DOES have benefits of its own - where it improves your feed efficiency, which helps you put those calories to optimal use. Tren and NPP are both progestins, so yes - caber is definitely good to have on hand in case of prolactin sides pop up unexpectedly. However, if you manage estradiol properly, you may not need to use the caber.

The big difference between the two would be that tren requires most folks to be in a good place mentally. If you're under a lot of stress, or are having relationship issues, tren could be a mistake. Sure, there's the dreaded "tren cough", or decreased cardio output that put a damper on things, but I feel that the mental sides are the most overlooked and should be paid attention to first and foremost. If you're chill, and have your shit together - I think tren would be a good fit for your goals. BUT, if you're unsure; or know you may have issues at this point in time - it sounds like NPP would be the way to go.
