Counting calories

I have just recently started counting calories (for the first time ever, man it sucks:( ) I have been pretty good about recording hte intake vs estimated burned but is there a way to track calories burned for strength training? I am sure it depends on intensity and all that jazz, but do any of you incorporate that into the calorie count, or is it just an estimated number and anything extra is bonus???:confused:

I agree, I never take off my cals when I workout, I just consider it the norm and count up the food!
