Should i take creatine and a protein shake
i have creteamax extreme,
just wondering what sort of protein shake i should buy? and what brand etc? if i should take them?

Quality cheap whey- Optimum Nutrition, Need2 and others. If you are looking for a good blend Trutein is a great choice.

Never heard of Truetein. I prefer MAP and Ultimate Muscle Protein myself. Adding creatine to your shakes is practically standard protocol imo. Go for it, its a good idea.
