Creatine and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) are nowhere near the same thing. That's almost like comparing carbs to testosterone. 20g ED for 5 days or so, then 5g a day to maintain.
Grill steak. Vegetables or rice is fine.

Should I cycle the beef in mega-doses? I was thinking like 8 weeks on/4 off, what do you think? Should I do post cycle therapy (pct) when I come off beef?
How would this compare to like a gram of test a week? Should I get about the same gains?
