creatine during PCT

Aboot: Care to tell more?

I thought it would help cause it will help you get abit stronger and hold abit water so you "dont" loose as much, yeah you get my drift...?
 
Yeah, like any supplement that you begin taking it would help to preserve muscle, strength, etc. But the same could be said for increasing your protein consumption, taking in more vitamins and minerals, etc. I was speaking more of in terms of helping in the post-cycle recovery process.

I guess its a personal choice. It's certainly not going to assist recovery, but for me it's a great psycological boost. It helps keep up the water weight and also strength post cycle. But more importantly, its something to look foward to when your cycle is done. You arn't on cycle anymore, but at least you get to use the creatine. But creatine is pretty effective for me, I have read that for some it does nothing.
 
I think it doesn't matter, but it will also depend on whether you respond to creatine or not. For me, I have to use taurine with creatine usually to get any benefit in general. Don't know about post cycle therapy (pct) because I wasn't using it when I cycled.
