I just bought Creatine (micronized). I am looking to cut and add lean muscle. Do I take before and after weight sessions only or on non weight and off days also?
Never agreed with the loading, taking it daily is going to load you anyhow, there is not a substantial half life with the compound. Done both since the 90s, loading and not loading give me the same results.
