Creatine?

Hey i'm thinking of using createmax extreme
to bulk up and then get toned up off?
do you think that a good idea?

Using creatine is a good idea. If you've never used creatine before, the stick with the tried and proven creatine monohydrate.

I also recommend researching about creatine and the physiological reason for using it, since creatine is not going to "bulk" you up and then get you "toned" - whilst creatine should be a staple in your supplement arsenal, your body goals are VERY and PRIMARILY dependent on your NUTRITION.

CON - CRET

if you got the extra coin, best creatine i ever used, not even close

Interesting, I thought of using it, but creapure is so cheap. Also interested in creatine nitrate, which has been getting really good feedback.

its $$$$, but it isnt just cheesey advertising, really really good.....i was using 1-t from you guys, and thought 6-8wks of con-cret and musclespeed(another hidden gem) were way better than the 1-t cycle

mono makes me feel like im having hardcore period cramps

Interesting . . . How do you figure that (because creatine is not more effective than a hormonal)?

. . . Not sure how you would know that . . . Unless there's something you're not telling us?

the pumps, muscle fullness, and strength were all much more significant on the con-cret and musclespeed vs the 1-t lv stack.....both were 7-8wk trials if you will, i was much more pleased with the natty combo....

you guys make alot of good stuff, my prewo is map, ibcaa, gplc, ba......but that 1-t missed the boat, at least for me.....it is definately a beginner, 22yr old looking for a tiny boost/edge, type ph

iv been around alot of girls, i know all about midol and such......if you want, im lactose intolerant, so monohydrate makes me feel like i ate a bowl of ice cream

its shit 9for me), cause creapur is dirt cheap, and regardless if con-cret is better, its not 10x better as would be the price difference

We have had some non-responders to 1T, regardless we no longer make it. I will go out on a limb, albeit a small one, and say that it will not be an issue with the AndroSeries.

By the way, a good way to keep it less expensive would be Con-crete on training days, and Creapure on non-training days.
