I'm not sure. I have never used them before.

I use bottles that have plastic caps, like the Wheaton media glass bottles:

would it be easier to just get the sealed vials?

Its always easier to use presealed vials because half the work is already done. Which one would be more practical for personal use though, would probably be presealed vials. Unless you are producing large quantities and trying to minimize input cost, presealed vials are your best bet.

You could go with the vials buttman recommended, but you'd need to have steady hands not to knock them over while drawing (the tall skinny vials at least)
 
kinda what i was thinking, about knocking them over... im gonna go the cheapest rout thanks guys
