Critique my diet

9am

1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c fruit
1 c FF cottage cheeze

12pm

1 ft long sub (turk, ham, chick) on wheat
1/2 c pasta salad

4pm

20g protein bar

GYM

7pm (post workout)

60g protien, 80g carb shake

9pm

10 oz steak, chick, fish
3 cups veggies or rice

12am

1/2 c cottage cheeze

*drink a gallon of water/day
**1 cheat day a week, but i keep the calories about the same

i'm 6'6 220 lbs and i am trying to to create a small calorie surplus. just enough to help muscle growth w/o out gaining fat, better yet, burning some. do you think i have enough protien and calories? how many calories do you think i need to sustain growth?
