Critique my PCT (torem.,clomid, HCG)

I am finishing my first cycle of test cyp. @500mg/wk. I will be starting PCT soon and just looking to get some thoughts and feedback.
Day 1-45: Toremifene 25-50mg/day
Day 1-30: Clomid 50mg/day
Day 1-16: HCG 500iu/ 3x wk.

This PCT is from William Llewellyns' Anabolics book, and a few people I have talked to have said it worked well for them.

Hcg is for during cycle, not pct. Regardless of what it says in other sites.

Edit: actually I'm just parroting what others here say. I can't tell you why that's the case, especially when almost every other site, book, etc says to use it as pct.

You are right. HCG will shut you down, and that is the reason you do not use it in pct. I am growing disillusioned with the idea of pct after seeing how easily gains are lost even when everything is done correctly, and by gains I am referring to strength which is what matters to me. That being said a proper pct will be the best thing for your health, and OP can run his pct like he listed it but needs to leave out the hcg.

I agree. or use it the last few weeks leading up to BUT NOT into PCT. IMO

Yea I see people saying both ways on just about everything I read. Does it not make sense if your testes have been shut down to give them a jump start for the first two weeks of PCT just to get them functioning again, then let the clomid take over and do its thing? it makes sense to me.
