Critique My Potential DNP Plan

Hi,

So after a deep research I have came up with a potential plan to use DNP.
The plan is to start my cycle @ 200mg of DNP(250mg of crystal which is %75 pure) for 5 days, 300mg for 5 days, and finally 400mg for 5 more days. Should anything unexpected or any undesirable responses occur I will abort the whole cycle. Of course, I will monitoring my temperature, but such a small cycle shouldn't be tough.

Now for the potential side effects, diet, supplements and training.:

1- Cataracts.
The is not clear evidence about why did cataracts occur, but the percentage of cases were less than %1. Some related this to an unusual response due to genetics, others have related it to the deficiency of antioxidants (Vitamin E or C). I am thinking about getting tested for any vitamins deficiency before running my cycle, what do you think?
I am also going to supplement with these vitamins anyway during the cycle, I am thinking about starting supplementing these before the start of my cycle, and continue to supplement with it afterwards, for most of the cataracts cases formed after months of the use.
Most of the cases occurred in women as far as I know, although there were some reported male cases

2- Neuropathy.
Although this side effect is really unclear, there were reports. Most of those reports were with long cycles. Anyway, I have decided to supplement with 5g of Acetyl L-Carnitine with increasing the dose, 2g of N-Acetyl Cysteine, and 1200mg of Alpha-Lipoic Acid. These supplements helped with the neuropathy treatment in some cases, and they are usually used for a healthy nervous system.
The nerves damage occurred mostly with long, heavy cycles, and those who experienced it ignored at the beginning, which increased the damage. Some of those who stopped their cycle in early stages got better fairly fast .

3- Diet.
High protein, low fat and low to moderate carbs depends on how I feel. Calorie intake will be between 1500-2000 cals(TDEE is 3000)
4-6 liters of water.
Many fruits and veggies, especially those with high anti oxidation properties.


4- Supplements.
Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
5-10g of Acetyl L-Carnitine
2g of N-Acetyl Cysteine
1200mg of Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Fish Oil
Antioxidant that doesn't have vitmains E or C in it ( Natural Factors Dr. M. Murray, The Ultimate Antioxidant)
Whey protein
I will NOT use creatine


5- Training
This is a tricky one, it really depends on how I feel.


What do you think guys, I am thinking of running a deficiencies test before starting.
I think I am ready to run it

I like 200mg a day for 30 days, pretty much no sides (a little tired, warm at night) slow steady fat loss, less water retention.
 
Now this is the type of research I am looking for :)

A few improvements:

The steady dose increase (200-300-400) should be based on how you react to the DNP - DO NOT keep increasing the dose even when the sides are strong.

1) Cataracts:
Vit C is sufficient protection, you may want to use a basic multivit as well just to cover all your bases.

2) Neuropathy:
This is a big danger not only on high doses, but on low doses (200-300mg) ran for long cycles (8-10weeks).
The issue here is that by the time you feel the effects, the damage has already been done and it takes MONTHS, in some cases years, for you to return to normal.
Supplementing with NAC wont hurt, ALA is a waste of money - the fact is, there is very little to protect you from something like this
It shouldnt be an issue on a 10 day run, but if you feel any numbness in your hands/feet - stop immediately.

3 & 4) Diet is fine but you want to add an anti histamine to your supplements in case of an allergic reaction - benadryl, etc.

Apart from that, you seem like your ready to go :)
 
Be very careful not to up the dose too soon. I started at 250 for 3 days and felt fine. Then I up'd it to 500 for 7 days and still didn't feel much other than hot at night. So I bumped it up to 750 for one day. Then it all hit me. Over the next two days I was constantly hot. Heat rashes started forming on my inner thighs then my torso. I then started taking benadryl and all symptoms went away. Flash forward 2 weeks and I tried to do 250 EOD. On the third night my hands and wrists started itching. Woke up the next morning with swollen itchy hands, wrists scalp, eyelids, and lips. Walked to the bathroom to piss, blacked out and ate a face full of tile. In other words be very cautious with your doses. You will probably end up having to increase your carbs to get any energy. I suggest pineapple.
 
Okay guys, sorry for not being around the last couple of weeks, I had finals.
Anyway, thank you all for your input. I will post updates for my cycle everyday.

Day 0: Took the pill at 10 pm and slept.
Day 1: Woke up with no noticeable side effects, perhaps a drop of sweat at most. Keep in mind that its 35-40 C outside. Craved food, probably because of the calorie defect, or because I like food :p. The day went through with pretty much no heat, so I decided to go to the gym. I was actually pretty strong today, even stronger than usual despite the high calorie defect, though half way through the sets I felt tired and heavy. I called it a day. I Will take the next pill in few hours.

im an idiot who cant put in the time with proper diet and training and would rather put a poison in my body to lose a couple of pounds..

ive also realized that i need to quiet down now

Take it with a grain of salt. I express my opinion about Dnp because I have seen how much damage or can do to a person. My opinion was only to your benefit.

i feel as if that right there is enough of a reason to not use dnp.
