critiques on my diet ???

ok , just looking for some idea's on my diet , im new to the whole 6 portioned (not exactly what i want to eat) meals a day ..ive been running this for about 3 weeks


morning: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup granola or special k , 1/2 cup no fat milk, 1 sliced banana ,

+3 hrs= 1 can (2 servings) tuna , 1 tbs non fat miracle whip,1 no fat tortilla, lettuce, 1 slice no fat cheese, apple or other fruit

+3 hrs= single portion chicken or beef(drained), portion no fat cottage cheese, usually chicken with tomato sauce, baked potato

+3 hrs =bologna or ham sandwich, slice no fat cheese, nf mayo, lettuce

+3 hrs= beef or chicken grilled, steamed broccoli, apple

last meal= 1 can tuna, lo carb tortilla, 1 nf cheese, nf mayo, lettuce, apple

my goals are to build muscle and lose weight
as quickly as possible
i take creatine daily, but have yet to supplement the protein,

btw if it helps im 5'9 217lbs
solid up top but, not cut, lose through the middle and solid down bottom ,damn genetics, and an accident keeping me at bay for 2 years, trying to get back to where i was 2 years ago asap
 
yes your post was awsome ...........im not trying to be annoying ......and i am not on gear i have done my research on everything ........i am confident in my diet .....but its at that level where im not rushing into anything and i want to double check with opinions that i am doing everything right ......if there is a hole i want to fill it ........didn't think it would hurt to ask sorry .........
 
ohh its aright bud.. dont worry...

im in here daily.. but we're short handed right now, so im the only one doing critiques... so just be patient.. i got to u in my sticky right??
