Crystals in my Deca

I bought some Deca looked a little cloudy. I was told they were crystals and if you heat it they will dissolve. True?

250 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes, stick a needle in the stopper

asperate it then put it on the eye of the stove or in a frying pan on medium high. it will clear in a min or so. or if you have a hot plate. takes too long in the oven.
