Meal 1: oatmeal, 55gr protein shake

Meal 2: chicken, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 3: 2-3 cans tuna, wheat bread

Meal 4: turkey, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 5: chicken, baked potato (or) baked fries

Meal 6: 55gr protein shake

I shoot for 50-60gr protein with each meal...

What is the point of the post? Are you bulking, cutting? What are your stats?

No greens means no anti-oxidants. Thats around 360 grams of protein, what do you weigh in at? This was pretty vague....
 
Add some fruits and veggies, drop the baked potato(starchy) and add some sweet potato and brown rice.. You got yourself a good clean bulk diet.. ;)
 
Your post is pretty vague. Are you posting to simply post your diet or do u need some help with something? Regardless, I agree with everyone that said you need to get some EFA's in there and some veggies. That is a lot of protein too, I"m curious to what you weigh as well.:p
