Cut Diet Advice

Looking to do something different. Just need some advice.
Current Stats
203lbs
6'2
36 years old
bf is around 16%

Current work out is
Tuesday Chest/triceps
Wednesday Back/Calf
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Biceps
Sunday Legs

Current Diet
Breakfast
3 eggs 2 slices of canadian Bacon

Snack
1/4 berries with lowfat yogurt

Lunch
8oz lean ground beef 1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 veggies
PWO Shake
Isopure no carb
1tsp of Creatine
1tsp of Glutamine
1 Banana

PWO Shake
Isopure no carb
1tsp of Creatine
1tsp of Glutamine

Dinner
7oz of lean ground turkey breast
4oz of sweet potato
BBQ Sauce (low cal no high fructose corn syrup)
1/2 cup of veggies

I just can't get my lower abs to show. I also get cramped up pretty bad.

I took 2 months off of diet and training just feel off the wagon after years needed a break.

any help would be great. My cardio is almost non existent. I am trying to make time to up that. Its just really hard to do both work out and do any cardio. i walk alot for work but i know that isn't enough. So again any help to get a bit more cut in the stomach area would be great. I am open to anything at this point. Getting Old Sucks.
 
you get cramped up because your not eating enough... read through post one in my diet sticky.. its the link in my sig..
 
I'd sub the sweet potatoes with brown rice. Brown rice gives you more usable energy and is much healthier. Ad some spice like curry or cayenne to help you speed up your metabolism. I used to diet a lot and spicy food helped. So did the brown rice, it helped with the energy.

i disagree, sweet potatoes have a much higher nutritional value then brown rice...
