Cutting Cycle Along With Training And Nutritional Counseling

I am 6' 240 lbs with a body fat of around 25% - just turned 41 - and am having a lot of trouble getting weight to come off when I diet and exercise.

I just reached out to 3J and he is getting a diet plan together for me to cut BF% - I have also met with a personal trainer and she has supplied me with a months worth of workouts designed to cut body fat while keeping muscle mass. She will reevaluate and give another set of workouts in 30 days - it mostly is HIIT from what the workouts look like with some weight training built in as well.

My question is .... would it be worthwhile to do a cutting cycle in conjunction with these two things or, if I stay dedicated to the programs I have been given, will it be enough to give me the results I am looking for which is to get my BF% under 20% - ideally between 16-18%. I have read that clen,t3,keto and albuterol can all be helpful with this - most seem to do clen at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off - would that be helpful?

Thanks in advance!

Do what 3J and your trainer tell you. You have a little too high of BF% to consider AAS at this point. Just bust your ass and get your diet and training down before you jump on the clen. Just my two cents.

^^ Yes do what they tell you to do if its best for you. If you're trying to retain muscle mass, don't add the t3 without any test or/and dianabol. the clen is not as good as it sounds. It does work good with some people maybe, but not with me and not with most of the people that I share my experiences with. It really comes down to your diet and workout at the end of the day no matter what you take orally or inject.. Good luck!
