How ya doin, Im new to the board and I dont get too detailed with my diet. I weight 190 at 6' tall. Im pretty cut but i want to maintain a cutting diet to stay ripped. What do you guys think of this.
10:00 am - 5 egg whites, half cup brown rice
12:30 pm - Breast of Chicken -veggies- sweet potato
2:00 pm - 50 gram Isopure protein shake
5:00 pm - Breast of Chicken- veggies
7:30 pm - 50 gram Isopure protein shake
comes out to like 230 grams of protein, im not sure on the carbs and very low fat. Maybe olive oil, or natural peanut butte gets thrown in.
