Cutting for the new year need to drop quick!

Ok so im 23 i weigh 223 and im 6'1 i want to get to about 195-200 and then start bulking from there i was looking at clen/t3 or eca but with the eca i cant get the E anywhere... I am gonna do a keto diet and cardio twice a day 2nd workout will be using weights... but i defenitly need something to help me out....any advice will be great thanks!!!!
 
when i wake up animal pak 2 scoops 100% whey protein
at around 8 4 egg whites 1 whole egg sometimes toast with olive oil base butter
around 10 chicken with either green beans or broccoli and some almonds same for lunch an around 3 or 4 then for dinner it depends like a steak with veggies and another protein shake i also eat tuna sometimes instead of chicken thats what i was on before i went on vacation i didnt anything good during vacation i just got back and ready to hit it hard again
 
not really i started in the beginning of dec then i went on vacation on the 20th so i wasnt eating like that on vaca but when i was on it i was working out and doing cardio like crazy and in the 3 weeks there was no change maybe a pound or so...
