cutting! need help

Ok fellow members ;) i just finished up my cycle about 3-4 weeks ago

200mg once a week deca week 1-10
25mg liquid D-bol once a week 1-10
200mg testerona once a week 5-10
finished up w/ clomid.

I started at 190lbs, got up to 225lbs
6'4"
21 yrs old
Right now i'm at 19% bf :( friend at the club said i'm still retaining a lot of water still.

i've read many articles about cutting but they are too broad and i want some info that is directed towards me and my body type.

I havent had a six pac sense i was like 10 years old.. and i think i'm due for one..lol i've always been athletic and i do not look fat. i just want to get cut for summer really bad.. i never had the motivation or dedication it took but NOW i do..Could someone please help! i will do whatever it takes to get ripped.. and please no suggestions for clen, i wanna keep it as natural as possible! thanx for all your help!!!

agreed , also just because clomid is finished doesnt mean your hpta is FULLY recovered . give it a little time to get back to 100% then cut the calories and bump up the cardio
 
you may get chin splints while doing cardio because of the new weight your legs have to get used to
this is common isee it alot for people wanting to cut after a bulk cycle

Try walking on a treadmill at an incline. That puts less stress on your joints and is still very high intensity. Probably equal to or better then running and a heck of a lot easier on the knees, and ankles
