Cutting on Test E 500mg questions

I was in the middle of a bulk session during my first test E cycle, however, I've had ONE TOO many comments on I'm looking too oversized and it's been driving me crazy. I did put on a lot of mass within a few months before test cycle. Decent amount was bodyfat. I've always been good at bulking for muscle, but when it comes to cutting its my downfall. So I figure since Test is a fat loss promoter, GREAT muscle savor.. I might as well use it to a advantage for my first cut. I figure I can always run another cycle down the road later on.

I'm in week 5 of my Test e 500mg cycle that is suppose to be for 15 weeks (Just enough for 3 vials) .

I'm wanting to cut AS MUCH BF AS POSSIBLE before this cycle is over with ALMOST ALL muscle saved if possible?

I'm looking at 5'7, 202 lb, 16-18% BF?

Edit: I'm looking to drop NO MORE than 30 lbs MAX if I even have that much BF. May be a mix of water weight, but I can for sure pinch a good chunk off my ab section. I DO understand how to diet down and how cutting works in normal circumstances.

My question is I've never cut before on AAS. Will 500 be enough to help me lose fat very good? HOW FAST can I choose to lose lbs a week if I want to rid it quickly. I'm not worried about binges or hunger, calories will be in complex carbs, high proteins. Looking at 250+ Prot min everyday for the Cut and rest filled with complex carbs and little fat.

Test nor any other compound will drop weight. It's all about diet. You gotta get your diet in check. Can't walk around geared out of your skull eating fast food and expect abs.

I fully understand how to cut on normal bases. I've just never liked it and always the mental aspect has driven me crazy about getting smaller on the scale, since it takes so much work to put on any mass in general.

However, I'm more concerned on HOW MUCH do u think is possible to lose a week and maintain almost all muscle mass? Knowing that I got 500mg of test in me, will atleast clear the mental aspect for reassurance, but I don't want to lose too much if it's going to dig into my muscle stores, I really want to get most of the BF off fast so I can rebulk from a fresh base, since my current stance is not very good..Thoughts friend?

The test will help you keep a lot of muscle while you cut. Just find a good caloric deficit for you and stick to it. You should look in the mirror more than focus on a scale. Take pics and compare every couple of weeks. You need to do some cardio as well. I like to walk at a steep incline, and do a mix of jogging and walking intervals. Other members will guide you better on the path to chopping up as I am a perma bulker trying to stay strong. Good luck pal.

I understand it will preserve muscle mass well, but HOW well? If one was to some how pull a crazy 4 lb drop in a week on 500mg test, would u think its all fat? Of course Protein would be in check and the deficit wouldn't be too severe, its just a matter of going crazy on cradio and weights.

Any side effects from losing fat too fast too? I'm looking to drop 20-25-30 lbs quickly, don't think loose skin would be a problem at this lb ratio? I did get strech marks on quick bulking, trying to fix them too. Any remedys?

There's no way to quantify how much the test will serve as a fat loss/ muscle preserver, but it's a great advantage compared to cutting without it. The safest way to preserve your lean mass is to cut fat slowly. Try for a pound per week. Adjust your deficit accordingly as you see fit on a weekly basis. Losing too much too fast will surely lead to muscle loss.

If thats him he is stacking more than just test with not much to lose in the ab section with that kind of vascularity going on.

so what i recommend is carb cycling... there is no full proof way to keep muscle from being taxed but a carb cycle diet has been known for muscle preservation (which is why i use it for all my contest prep clients)

if you carb cycle correctly.. and lose the weight very slowly, coupled with the cycle you should hold on to alot of what you have...

look at the before and after slide show of my home page to get an idea.. they are all carb cycles..
