ok so im now cutting for a competition in oct 3 rd and im now eating carbs in the morning and pretty much eating egg white 5 times a day unless i change it up to a can of tuna now and then i have a guy who is helping he is a former mr oregon he had told me to lower my carbs and raise my fats and protein intake so i have been taking 1 table spoons of flax seedoil twice daily 1 with 2 of my meals and taking a scoop of protein powder with every meal except post shake with water of course what im worried with and question is the protein powder with ever meal to raise my protein level does any of this sound good
