Cycle advice needed! Constructive criticism please

Lifting expierence: 12 yrs
Bench Press: 350lbs
Squat: 425Lbs

I'm looking to really pack on some considerable mass. My past cycles have been a complete failure so I took time off and researched more (1 year). I also swallowed my pride and am reaching out for some help. I have drol and Winstrol (winny) on hand left over from some time ago and am thinking about incorporating it into my next cycle. I understand Deca is great for mass gains but I honestly do not want something traceable in my system for 18 months.(that's ridiculously long, there's no telling where i'll be a year and a half from now) This has lead me to rule out NPP and Deca altogether. So here's the cycle I'm considering:

Wk 1-4: Drol 50mgs ED
Wk 1-8: Test prop 75mgs ED
Wk 1-7: Tren A 50mgs ED
Wk 4-7: Win 50mgs ED
HCG 250iu 2x/WK throughout
Prami .25mg every night
T3 25mcg daily (To combat suppression and prolactin build up)

PCT
Clomid 150mg day 1 100mg 2-15 50mg days 16-30
Nolva 20mg ED for 30 days
Liv 52

Questions: (1) I've read numerous times to run t3 with tren I want to verify that. (2) Cylce length and dosage? I've heard gains taper off/ stop at 8 weeks with short esters and to run test longer than tren. (3) source. Now I know i'm not allowed to talk about sources but unless i'm mistaken I can ask about Labs? I was curious what the experience with either Dragonpharm or Kapla is with people who have actually tried it. Looking for any and all help. Here's some info on me because people are bound to ask
Currently:
I do instinctive training. Something different every day every week. Usually workout 5 days a week, 2 body groups per session. Works great for me but with just creatine protein powder and the day to day supps, gains are extremely slow. I'm tired of busting my a** day in and day out, in the gym for hours and in the kitchen for health and seeing little benefits from it. I'm trying to break that 200 threshold and stay lean around where I'm at currently (6.4% BF). Seems impossible. I honestly believe I have reached my genetic potential.

I've been lifting rigorously since I was in grade school (6th). I started out as an upper body freak max bench pressing 200 at 13 yrs old. I got up to 285 lbs as a freshman in high school and I began PH cycles getting me a 335lbs on bench press at 15 yrs old.I did not know the severity of what I was doing. There was a local nutrition store that sold PH OTC to us in high school and all the guys were taking them. Needless to say I ran into a plethora of problems. Only then did I begin to research what I was doing. I couldn't even give an accurate answer on the amount of PH cycles I've done, a guesstimate would be upwards of 10. (amazingly enough, after all this was over, a food blood panel showed everything to be normal aside from slightly elevated cholesterol)Once I learned that I was messing with pure crap I ceased the PH cycles and moved onto real gear. I researched for awhile but had several failed cycles.(partially due to my lack of knowledge and also to source quality) So I took time off and now feel like I know enough to jump back on the Bull. Looking for more knowledge and constructive criticism from the guru's. Thanks guys.:rolleyes2
 
I'm begging you not to run Tren as you first real cycle. If you decide not to listen; for the love of God, please do not stack a bunch of shit. Ideally, you will run test solo. I have a feeling you are not going to do this. Consider test with a TBol kick start or one of the orals you have on hand. With that said if you in fact are deadset to go with Tren A. Please. PLEASE! Run test/Tren only. When you start stacking a bunch of compounds you've never run you are begging for sides. At that point you will have a hard time narrowing down what is causing the issues.

What ever you do PLEASE so not run Tren with whinny....fuck don't run whinny. Whinny will dry you out like you won't believe. This with the strength increases is begging for an injury.

You got your entire life to run AAS. Start with test only.

I've got to agree with prisonsex here, he's 100% correct. You have no idea how to run AAS if its your first cycle and tren is extremely difficult to run not knowing the basics. I would like to see pics of 6.4% BF as well. Not saying its impossible to achieve for you but to maintain that is EXTREMEMLY difficult not to mention calipers are notoriously inaccurate in the hands of someone not practiced in their use. I also don't believe you've hit your genetic potential but your stats are good regardless. If you bulk more and run a decen surplus I think you'd see results even without gear. Anyway the choice to use is yours but mind what Prisonsex said, tren is not a first timer cycle for anyone. Good luck and stay safe :)
 
I don't know anything about liv52 but if it doesn't contain NAC buy some
And drop the tren and I never recommend winny...bad on joints. You should keep it test only anyway
 
Thanks for the advice friends I really do welcome it and appreciate it. I should have been more specific when I said I've had several failed cycles. This would not be my first cycle, but in fact would hopefully be my first successful one. Now by 'successful' I mean gained and retained decent gains. My first cycle was years back maybe 4 of test c 250mg/w 10weeks. (Before anyone gets jumpy yes i know this is a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose, i just didn't know it back then) but I made very minimal gains if any. My second cycle was another F%^k up and consisted of test prop 75mgs eod for 8 weeks and dbol 20 mg ed for 4 weeks. My only gains was serious bacne during the aftermath and I actually lost a good deal of fat to the point I looked like I was pre contest. I'm caught between whether the gear was severely underdosed or I just need to stop messing around and get serious. This is why I'm also changing labs this go around. I don't take running cycles lightly, This is very serious to me. That's why I'm steering against another test only cycle because honestly if I'm going to go through all this trouble (and yes for me it's alot of trouble) then I might as well make it damn worth it. I can't even begin to explain how much fitness means to me and has been apart of my life as well as my families. I'm no sissy and I'm here for the long haul and i'm here to be serious. I've heard the nightmares about tren, and if joe from across the way can handle it so can I. I'm trying to have every avenue covered and not be some dumb a** that's why I really appreicate the 2 cents of everyone and again I thank you. Yes I am 6.4% BF I will work on getting a picture without my face. I had an exercise physiologist administer the test and was told that there is a 3% error margin. I was shocked myself. Please understand that I don't eat any form of junk food whatsoever, i do not drink alcohol, I do not eat flour (pasta, bread) my only fluid intake is water or protein shakes and I workout so intensely that it is not uncommon for me to get nauseous. I don't want to gain 8-10Lbs I want to gain 15-20. This is why I'm leaning towards drol for the first 4 weeks (and because i also already have it) The Winstrol (winny) i have a buttload of and am just trying to incorporate it somehow but won't if it will only screw with me. I've heard it has great SHBG factors so how about a measly dose of 10-20mgs? Thanks for the input fellas
 
Plenty of people use Winstrol (winny) successfully but if you are solely trying to gain, not cut, then Winstrol (winny) is not recommended.
Lifting heavy and with high intensity on Winstrol (winny) could lead to injury, shoulder injuries being the most common.
Winny makes your tendons bigger but actually makes them weaker so they cannot handle the weight.
Just search winstrol and collagen synthesis, you will learn why.
