Cyp + Igf lr3 cycle log

First off this is not my first post, my other account I use to ask/answer questions but do not want to use it for logs so don't think I'm a newb because this is my first post.

I will be running 10 weeks of test cyp 200 mg/ml
I will be pinning 2ml once per week

I will also be pinning 100mcg Igf lr3 sub q every morning(half life is 20 hours, not sure why people always say use pw) for 30 days, I will not be starting he cycle with the Igf it will come into play in the middle/end of the cycle

My stats right now are 6'0 196 pounds 9-10 percent bf
Diet is 4-5000 calories with lots of carbs and 250mg protein minimum per day. True mass every morning muscle milk pw and casein at night with lots of chicken/rice/fish as meals as well as pasta. I work out 2 muscle groups eod so I will try to log here every Sunday (pin day) and update info.

This is my second cycle my first cycle was a year ago it was just 400mg/wk cyp and I went from 168 pounds to 191 with the same workout and diet I will be doing now.

Pct will be 50mg clomid ED week 12 to 16 and 40mg nolva ed

Have adex on hand might use a little eod to keep estro down although I don't get many side effects from test besides backne. Any questions or comments let me know!

Looks like you have everything covered.

Your stats were and are similar to mine because I was 168 pounds and after a year of training hard an eating right I got up 190ish. After spending the next 6 months trying to get to 200 and nothing working and stayed at 190ish.
I pinned got to 210 got sick lost it all. My point we seem similar in diet , work out , body comp etc. so I'm hoping you get to 210 and keep it.
Will motivate me to start my next cycle.

Thanks, I plan on eating hard i would love to see 215 at the end of week 10 and maintain 210 after post cycle therapy (pct). the main goal is to hit 225 by next January.
 
I just told a guy that same thing today. I said I want to get back to 210 and ill be happy.

Paused for a minute then said well then ill set a new goal of 225.

First pin Monday night. 2ml into delt. Lots of oil for the delt it's a little sore. Obviously not feeling anything yet. I usually only do dumbbell presses for chest but I wanted to see we're I as at so I did 135x10 no rest to 185x8 no rest to 225x3. So I got 225 up a few times probably could've done more but isn't want to get hurt being stupid. I weighed in at 198 on the scale last night. No Igf as of yet due to financial issues but ill get it in there at some point. My last cycle last year I weighed 191 at the end and was able to do a few sets of 5 at 225 so hopefully that strength comes back. Also worked triceps last night. Didn't notice anything different than usual.
