D-Bol/Deca/Nolva?

Hi any thoughts on my planned cycle?

Age - 23
Height - 5' 11''
weight - 170 pounds (lean muscle)
BF 10-13%

My Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) goals are - to bulk up and get some mass before working on 'tuning' the built up weight & muscle with a cutting cycle. to do this - begin with D-bol 30mg - 40mg Ed + nolva + liv52 (liver protector) 10mg ED for 1st 2 weeks - then begin running Deca 300mg per week alongside the D-Bol (reduced dosage to 25mg ED) for 3 weeks - then come off the D-Bol completely and run the deca at 300-400mg + continuing the nolva till 10th week then off the deca - continue nolva for 2 weeks at higher dosage of 20mg ED.

anybody got a good diet plan i could follow with this cycle? any positive/constuctive feedback welcomed and appreciated.

Going out on a limb here bro, but there is always the diet forum. They have a bulkers guide in there.

Also, I don't like your cycle at all. Won't bother with the "you have no right to do a cycle at your weight" schtick as it will be done by others. Then again I might be presumptious but I take it this is your first ever cycle right?

I don't usually beat the "every cycle needs test" drum, but deca without test will probably wreck your love life.
 
Whats the point of running the nolva the whole cycle? It wont help with bloating. More importantly, it wont do anything to combat gyno as deca causes progesterone gyno. In fact, nolva has been shown to aggravate progesterone gyno so you should steer clear of nolva anytime youre taking deca.

Jesus, You need a diet plan too? Id stay away from Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for a while until you get these things figured out on your own.

I have had a re think to the cycle and plan on changing the deca for 500mg per week of test e. This way i dont worry about the prog gyno from the deca - but if not nolva - then what would you suggest alongside dbol/test e? - my diet isnt a big deal. i was merely asking. - to be completely honest - i was gonna stick to a 'dirty diet' as i am merely 12 stone at 180cm. Eating anything and everything. but as far a post cycle therapy (pct) goes nolva/arim were the options - what should i run DURING the d-bol/test e cycle to control the gyno? - read it was nolva - if not please any ideas on what?
 
To cardiff muscle - it should be but it is not my 1st cycle - i (stupidly) did a deca only cycle for 7 weeks knowing absolutely nothing about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and got through it fine - i was 19 - i couldnt have known anything at all - so this is my first PROPER cycle - but i certainly know what to expect - and i have been researching for about 5 weeks now. not much but is enough to get going with i think - the reason im encorporating D-bol is because i want a fast bulk up - i wanna run test e so i dont lose all gains - plus - the dbol will be here 2moro so i aint gonna just bin it am i? - if u have any positive ideas - please fire away - i will accept any criticism as long as it is constuctive.
 
I like the change to the Test E at 500mg for......I would do a 12-14 week cycle of just the test E. This will give you a good idea as to what to expect with a moderate cycle like this. By this I mean not only the positive gains and strength but the other sides like, bad sleep, sweating, feeling tired all the time except for in the gym, gyno ( so have nolva for gyno that goes with Test E) water weight gain and how to manage this with diet first then drugs. Oh remember even if it is a bulker eating everything in front of you is going to have a bad effect later, You should eat a shiat load of food if bulking like 3000-4000 cals a day but of good food. Also at least 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight is very important when bulk or cutting.
You sound like a hard gainer so.....I would keep workouts with weights to 45 mins tops, I know it sounds like a short amount of time but, from experience I am a hardgainer too, and I could be in the ym for like 1.5 hours and still want to do more.
Ideally you need to use heavy weights not just moderately heavy I mean heavy, yes work up to them but each rep needs to count and you need to squeaze those muscles as each rep is performed. Take it slow and steady when working out by this I mean a rep that is slow on the way up and has a 4 count coming down and you are concentrating completely on that rep and feeling the burn and stretch is much more impotant than getting a few more reps on a machine or with dumbells, and have bad form.
Remember you are in there for YOU! Not anyone else!
There is no reason to pretent to bust out a few more reps with bad form b/c some chick is next to you and fuck up your back or not get a good complete workout while trying to maximize your goals. Again you are there for you and only you

lion. your words are appreciated. your right i am a hard gainer. ive been eating loads for years and on and off i give up cos no results. I will take ur advice with the workouts certainly. I will also strongly consider the test e only cycle aswell. With this in mind - wot should i do with the 100 10mg d-bol tabs that are due to arrive tomorow? i mean - the temptation and the ready access? - really wot should i do with them if not use them? - how long will they be good? You seem like a good guy to ask this (alot of peeps are unhelpful) if i do use them, should i take say 10mg of nolva ed to tackle the gyno? - or wait till i see symtoms of gyno - then start nolva? any help appreciated man. safe
