When cutting how bad are dairy products?
I'm talking about healthy dairy products though, I eat a lot of "Quark" cheese, low fat cottage cheese, low fat natural yogurts and fat free greek yogurts a lot when trying to cut as they are low in fat, cals and carbs and fairly high in protein. But I have heard by some that diet and dairy don't go together.
