Dairy on a diet??

When cutting how bad are dairy products?

I'm talking about healthy dairy products though, I eat a lot of "Quark" cheese, low fat cottage cheese, low fat natural yogurts and fat free greek yogurts a lot when trying to cut as they are low in fat, cals and carbs and fairly high in protein. But I have heard by some that diet and dairy don't go together.

What are your thoughts?

I'm okay with yogurts over other dairy products because of the natural digestive enzymes they provide but that is more during "normal" eating patterns and not fat loss periods.

I think dairy is fine on a diet, as long as it fits into your macros. Alot of people are sensitive to dairy and don't realize it. I'm not and I can eat it. I do cut it down when I am leaning out, but I'm not sure if I need to. I have just kind of done what other people said and cut it down, but I've never cut it out completely. If you enjoy it keep it in your diet and see what works for you.
