The 'Ology Man Whore
Im getting sick of eating the same old food day in an day out. So what do I do, I go to the store and GO TO TOWN!!!!
Decided to make some chili, and not just some ordinary chili, i spent 148$ and some change on this chili concoction

First off we got 3 different types of meats.
1.5lbs of Ground Sirloin
1lb of Prime Rib, chopped up into tiny chunks
1.5lb of tenderloin

Then a custom tomato chili sauce (my own recipe)
Then the misc items'
Celery
Portabello mushrooms
Kidney beans
Chopped onion, REALLY THIN.
Now when your thinking about this... YOUR DAMN RIGHT, I left some of the goodies in it. The prime rib fat was kept in there for extra flavor, and for people who know steaks, thats where all the flavor is. EXCEPT! I didnt want all of it in there, so i only had maybe a 1/8th cup worth. Chopped it up till it was almost a mush. that way it would melt into the sauce, AND LET ME TELL YOU! It made it all the better. It gave it a flavor that is indescribable. And just to make sure it wouldnt spoil it, I thought ahead. and pulled a tester pan with it an without it... It definitely won my heart over, so it went on in.
Now if people remember before, I love to cook. So when I do something, I go all out. I made enough to fill a 15 quart cooking pot
. Which I believe would equal 3 gallon jugs. I got enough chili to make me happy for about a week hahaha.
