Im getting sick of eating the same old food day in an day out. So what do I do, I go to the store and GO TO TOWN!!!!

Decided to make some chili, and not just some ordinary chili, i spent 148$ and some change on this chili concoction :D.

First off we got 3 different types of meats.
1.5lbs of Ground Sirloin
1lb of Prime Rib, chopped up into tiny chunks
1.5lb of tenderloin

Then we got all sorts of peppers, including Ghost Chili's :D

Then a custom tomato chili sauce (my own recipe)

Then the misc items'
Celery
Portabello mushrooms
Kidney beans
Chopped onion, REALLY THIN.

Now when your thinking about this... YOUR DAMN RIGHT, I left some of the goodies in it. The prime rib fat was kept in there for extra flavor, and for people who know steaks, thats where all the flavor is. EXCEPT! I didnt want all of it in there, so i only had maybe a 1/8th cup worth. Chopped it up till it was almost a mush. that way it would melt into the sauce, AND LET ME TELL YOU! It made it all the better. It gave it a flavor that is indescribable. And just to make sure it wouldnt spoil it, I thought ahead. and pulled a tester pan with it an without it... It definitely won my heart over, so it went on in.

Now if people remember before, I love to cook. So when I do something, I go all out. I made enough to fill a 15 quart cooking pot :). Which I believe would equal 3 gallon jugs. I got enough chili to make me happy for about a week hahaha.
 
I had to test it out, to see what shes going to be like after sitting, and building flavor... NOW, I love spicy food, spicy as in hot. And shes got a kick to her... I know ima be a happy and sad man. happy with all the delicious ness..... sad man when it has to come out the other end... shes got a kick to it.

HAHA I can get some pics for you tomorrow, Im very paticular with how I cook my food. She has to sit a full 18-24 hours before I pull the lid off. Shes gotta build flavor up properly.

Im very anal about my foods, lol, prolly the main reason they turn out so delicious. I got a mini bowl right now with me, for trying it out. Ill take that pic shortly. The big ass pot ;) youll have to wait till tomorrow for that.
 
Damn that sounds good. I agree, put that fat in there. Dude you seriously put Ghost chilis?? I haven't had them but I heard they could strip paint. Tony's 148 dollar chili....... Now mailing nation-wide........ :)

hahaha oh indeed. I spoil myself sometimes :)

This be the chili, as you can see the individual meats for the most part. the ground should be able to see, also some of the prime which is the bigger chunks. The sauce is still liquidy, as noticed, why shes sitting over night, help thicken up and become the full flavor it should be. As of right now, even tho its this fresh... Im pretty damn impressed my self hahaa.

And I know I'm going to be visiting that toilet tonight. In another pic I took you can see nothing but the glare of the peppers juices simmering on the top of the chili sauce. OH the things we do..

All that glare thats yellowish tint... That there my friends... is hot ass mixture of peppers with ghost chili's... see my mistake of trying this out fresh, I GOT ALOT OF THOSE JUICES hahaha. had no time to mix properly

Oh man. I would have to fill up my bath tub with iced water to soak my ass in it. That yellow tint scares the shit out of me. I looked at that tint and it looked back at me and said, "fuck your ass!" Got to say, it looks good though. I would give it a try.
 
bacon explosion

weave a basket of bacon for the first layer, then coat with groun sausage then sprinkle cooked bacon on top of that and cover in BBQ sauce as seen in pic below

then roll into a log and cookon a pit until outside bacon is done

i freaking love chili but hate what it does to me the next day!
 
no i have never attempted this lol but have always wanted to...one of my friends on another forum showed me this...looks like a freaking beast of a lincoln log
