Yeah Ive heard about this stuff as well. But to be honest I gotta stick with what I know and that is whole foods are better better than supplementing any day of the week. Try making it interesting stir fry, bubble and squeek, surely theres some veg that you like????

well what's the tastiest HEALTHY veggie out there?
i've been choking down brocoli for too long.

i know corn, peas, and carrots are filled with sugar

i'm looking for something that's easy to prepare (with possible recipes), tastes reasonable, and can be bought in bulk w/out going bad real fast. is this a dream?

cauliflower will last for a while

squash and zuchini can be eaten raw if neccassary, but they are easy to prepare also..

OMG i cant believe i left out peppers as well. bell, jalepone and all the rest of them.

i like to grill them in in garlic, sea salt and crushed black pepper corn along w/a small pat of real butter. you can either slice them into circles or cube them..and if need be, since they are mildly bland w/o salt or pepper you can eat them raw.

yes they are a good source of fiber and nutrients..not a starchy veggie at all.

throw some broccoli in a pot of boiling water, or steam it in a metal stemer basket in a pot with a lid on it. drizzling it in olive oil make it taste really good. sprinkle some parmeasan cheese after the oilve oil and youll forget youre eating veggies.

i throw zuchinni and squash in the baking pan when i bake my chicken. or onions and bell peppers. add low fat swiss to the peppers and onions and mmmmm.

peruse the frozen veggie isle of the grocery store - there are a lot of veggies that are surprisingly good. buy a bag of stir fry veggies and throw it in a wok with some brown rice, chicken, and soy sauce and youre good to go.

i also make an easy pasta sauce that consists of carmelizing chopped onions in a big pan, adding minced garlic and chile sauce, canned tomato sauce and organic canned diced tomatos (just about the only organic thing i buy), whole black olives, and either broccoli, asparagus, or green beans.

but still, the greens products would be better than no veggies at all, or as a supplement to your diet - although probably unecessary.

whole foods all the way bro. Just the motion of chewing and swallowing your food decreases the risk of mouth and throat cancers. Nothing can replace whole foode so eatem up yer veggies!
