Being a NY Mets fan, I can not stand these fucks. But I have to tip my hat to Jeter for that amazing play, diving into the stands. His face looks pretty messed up. Post game they reported he had a lacerated cheekbone and bruised chin. On the local sports radio here in NY they just reported that DJ will start tonight at Shea Stadium against the NY Mets.

i was watching the game last night, nice to see some guys making a ton of money not worrying about getting hurt, derek really is a great player, maybe slightly overated but great anyway. He is probably one of, if not the the best clutch player in baseball.
