Diet Critique - Looking for feedback

Hi everyone,

Just wanted someone to take a quick look of my diet and give me advice if anything should be changes. Basically with what I'm eating I'm not cutting or packing on muscle and size/weight. I wouldn't mind cutting some fat down while maintaining size...I'm 5'11 190lb. I was told not to have any carbs or rice after 4pm by a bodybuilder..is this true? I thought timing didn't matter.

Here is the breakdown:

Meal 1 – 7:30am
1.5 cups Egg whites - 180 Calories, 42G Protein
1 whole egg - 70 Calories, 6G Protein, 1G Carbs, 5G Fat
3/4 cup oatmeal (measured dry) - 270 Calories, 45G Carbs, 9G Protein
2 tbsb olive oil - 240 Calories, 26g fat

Meal 2 – 12:00pm
120g Chicken - 107 Calories, 24.6G Protein, 1.6G Fat
1/2 cup long grain rice (measured dry) - 340 Calories, 74G Carbs, 6G Protein

Meal 3 – 3:45pm
No-Fat Cottage Cheese (1 cup) - 200 Calories, 16G Carbs, 32G Protein
1 plain large rice cake - 35 Calories, 7G Carbs, 1G Protein, 0.4G Fat
28g almonds - 165 Calories, 6G Carbs, 5G Protein, 13.5G Fat

Gym Workout – 4:30pm – 5:45pm
