Diet for bulking ,need help

I am trying to get bigger but have some restrictions because I tend to hold water and yes I am juicing with enathate and tren and eq. this is my diet

6am
3egg whites (scrambled)
optimum mass whey protein shake

10 am
n-large shake

12pm
rice with lentils or balck beans with a steak

3pm
rice lentils and tuna

5:30 pm
optimum mass shake

8:30 pm
foot long turkey sub

10:30
rice tuna and a chicken breast

tell me where I need help
 
Do you have an idea how Many Cals that is? anyways id Throw Some Oats in your Breakfast and a few More Greens with your Shake (Unless Its PostWorkout)
