Diet for cutting

Just curious how many calories to be having while cutting up. Im currently on around 1200 - 1500 a day, was a killer at first but getting used to it. I think i need protein intake to be higher though.

Need advice what to eat, when to how and how much to eat. Is always easier when your bulking, but this is my first cutting cycle

Read that I have to keep my calories as low as poss when cutting in the range of 1200 - 1500. Been on this for around week an helf but starin to feel drowsy quite often. :sleep:

That drowsiness you're experiencing is basically because you're STARVING YOURSELF!

At your height and weight, maintenance caloric intake would be approx 3200 cals per day. Usually to start out cutting you decrease that by about 500 cals. At maximum, no more than 1000 cals below maintenance. So the very least you should be consuming is 2200 cals per day!
