just need some help.i used fitday for help
im looking for 2700 cal 77 fat 250 carb and 250 protein. cal/fat/carb/pro
4am egg beaters 1 cup 120/0/4/24
english muffin 100/1/26/5
6:30 post work out shake 260/5/6/46

8:00 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta with 8 oz chicken breast,pasta sauce 539/8.1/55.4/61.1
10:00 2 hamburgers (lean beef) with sweet potatoes 660/34/41/46
12:00 grapes and banana 215/.7/57/2.5
2:30
4:00 low fat yogurt and apple 226/4.0/36.3/13.3
6:00tilapia and rice 410/5.5/44/47

there it is be nice its my first try at a real diet.

u need to add carbs here.. 1/2 white bagel is always nice..

drop the whole wheat pasta for a sweet potato or yam.. whole wheat = better then white, not = good carb source.. keep that in mind 539/8.1/55.4/61.1

how about u just do a 1 pm meal that has protien and carbs in it?

eat protien every 3 hours so there should be protien here

can u handle a lean beef?? dont eat carbs before bed.. move these carbs to an earlier part of the day

oh no, i dont think ur diet is set at all.. we're still tweaking it.. make the changes iv stated and update your macros...

as for on cycle... what exactly do u wanna run?
 
im running test cyp at 500 mgs a week and deca at 300 mgs a week to bulk
what are macros?sorry for stupid question im learning
 
and i put u on a 2700 calorie diet???

u sure u didn't tell me u wanna cut?? i wouldn't put u on a 2700 calorie diet if u wanna put on size
 
Now I reCall. U put an emphasis on cutting. The cycle I have gives good positive nitrogen retention. But I wanna keep an eye on u. Check in with me every seven days with measurments. Well tweAk as needed
 
15-20% bf? That there seems like you don't know your own bf%, get it checked or post a pic if you haven't. 15-20% can be a big difference....
 
im on cycle now. just started this week.

well.. make a choice.. do you wanna bulk.. or do you wanna cut??? u cant do both at the same time and "get the most out of this cycle"
 
jay I had something to throw in...from that diet out of the 77g of fat something like 45g are coming from the hamburgers or the beef, so assuming half the fat he takes in is saturated fat. I would def. throw in a couple other good fat sources, either on top of that, which would obviously add more cals...or get a leaner meat/chicken/fish and just throw in the right amount of good fats to keep same cals.

good points barnzy... i noticed that myself.. but im not done critiquing his diet in any way shape or form... we're still trying to figure out where he wants to go with that...


also, keep in mind that sat fats help promote test in your body... and your body does need some sat fats...

though im not disagreeing with you.. we'll fix everything once we have a clear understanding of whats going on with him

I hear that. like you said, its cut or bulk..really cant be both, especially not if your dont have a great understanding of diet and nutrition timing.

I noticed he had 2 or 3 meals that only had fruit/carbs...if he wants to keep fats/carbs seperate id def. add in at least a protein to those couple meals. IMO breakfast could be done up a little nicer too.

Im interested to see what your going to tell him so ill be checkin back!
 
ok sorry for the confusion. i wanna bulk then i will cut after my cycle

I see tons of people trying to cut right after cycle..and they lose tons of mass and hardwork goes to waste. Jay will def. hook you up with the diet but id wait a little while after your cycle to even think about cutting.
