Do you eat the exact same ammount of protein, carbs, and fats every single day of your life?

For my weight I need 5 meals a day, with the ammounts neccessary. If I dont eat this ammount, I will lose muscle.

It seems to be too much most days. Am I doing something wrong? I wish some days I could just eat 4 meals and relax.
 
yeah bro i hear u. it can get to be a pain in the ass to have to eat so much. but u r only eating 5 meals, i have to eat 6 to 7.

Poor, poor guy........But your probably bigger and haevier than me so its the same thing.
 
Actually it is better for you to eat more meals, smaller more frequent meals are much better than 3 large meals a day. I love to eat so cutting is never as fun as bulking up. I cannot wait until September when I can start eating for bulk again. Cutting is fine but bulking is more fun.
