im 6'4. 315 lbs now. Want to cut down big time. This is the basic layout i have planned. What are your guys thoughts on it? My schedule is a bit weird but bear with me.
1pm--wake up---5g glutamine, E/C/A
1:30--gym--cardio 30-45 minutes
2:30--MEAL 1--Shake + 1/2 cup oatmeal + handful of nuts
5:30--MEAL 2--2 or 3 grilled chicken breasts+ brown rice+ 5 g creatine+ maybe another shake
6:00--gym--weights, no cardio
7:30--MEAL 3--Shake + can of tuna + dextrose
10:30--MEAL 4--6 egg whites + 1 whole egg + handful of nuts
1:30--MEAL 5--Shake mixed with milk + 5g glutamine
I have a feeling it might be too little calories. And maybe I wont be taking in enough fats.
what are your thoughts?
