I am banned!
Hey yeah, I'm going to be running my Helladrol cycle starting Wednesday night, eating 3500-4000 Cal/day, high carbs, high protein, but was wondering if I should restrict my eating habits for a great diet or just chow down on whatever I can get inside me, since 3500-4000 healthy calories isn't always easy to do. From what I've read, people either say to have a nice clean diet, or eat eat eat cause it all goes to your gains anyway. Advice?
