I recently broke my fibula in a rugby match and will be out for roughly 2 months! I was bulking while this happened, and am just curious on what type of diet I should take while injured with a broken leg!! Thanks, Pete
your caloorie intake should drop quite a bit since you wont be burning anywhere near as many calories until you heal up . i would probably drop carbs way down and clean up my fats a bit but keep protein high .
