Is it ok to just eat protein bars such as balance bars and zone bars when on stanozlol t3 and clen. Also will it hinder my results on burning fat if i swim in a pool? Sorry about all the questions your knowledge would be most appreciated.

For the twentieth time.....Winstrol does NOT burn body fat.

Why on earth would cardio (swimming) hinder fat loss, after all that's how it's accomplished - through diet and cardio.

....and "No", it's not OK to eat just protein bars, you body need real food.

Eat whole food sources... because thats whats up.
I follow the nutrition plans over at le.com and its worked well for me

Hi man ,

Food is very important for every people but some time you to dietary. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans has been published jointly every 5 years since 1980 by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA). The Guidelines provide authoritative advice for people two years and older about how good dietary habits can promote health and reduce risk for major chronic diseases. They serve as the basis for Federal food and nutrition education programs

Thank you

The comment stating Protein Bars are as bad as candy bars is sadly accurate, a generalization, but accurate. Literally if you add 30% of a chocolate bars weight in whey powder to the chocolate bar you have a protein bar in most cases. Unless you're making your own with seeds, nuts, P.B., honey, albumin powder, ground up Vitakick or equivalent, and some Vege-powder, you might as well buy a mars bar and dip it your protein shake powder.
Just my 2 cents as a Pastry Chef, who makes these things.
