Difficult to orgasm after Test E cycle

Hey all, did a 12 week cycle of test e and am currently on my second week of PCT and I am having a hard time reaching an orgasm. During the cycle I was fine. My girl would get me off multiple times a day some days but now it's different. We can have sex for a long time and it's very difficult for me to reach an orgasm. It also takes more to get me hard and sometimes it's not even fully hard. I have to think about it and concentrate super hard for an orgasm to happen. When I masturbate, it takes forever and is very frustrating. What's the deal? Am I going to have this problem for the rest of my life now?

test e 500mg/week
arimidex .25eod
hcg 250iu twice a week

PCT:
clomid 100/100/50/50
Tamoxifen 40/40/20/20

Have you had any blood work? In the meantime I'd grab some cialis. Clomid usually gives me a good case of the rubber dick but it wears off once the clomid clears
