Do not mix Triptorelin and Torem ( Toremifene )

Just a heads up as I've seen people use this combo in the past as their PCT. Combining Toremifene and Triptorelin may lead to Torsades de pointes from QT prolongation, which may result in sudden cardiac death. If you plan on using Triptorelin in your PCT, a better combo would be to use clomid or nolvadex after (or both). Source: Epocrates

Pretty sure all SERMS cause QT prolongation, SSRI's do as well. I'm not sure the exact cardiac effects and the chance of it causing a cardiac event is, but I am making a guess it is a company disclaimer and required by law to indicate it causes this effect as it may be of important to people that have to look out for this specific issue in medications. I assume combing two compounds that cause this effect may cause an addiditive effect.

I'm am not a doctor though so this isn't medical advice.
