Do you need calorie deficit to lose bodyfat

If you just cut down calories and do no exercise you will lose fat and muscle too.So it will be harder to lower bf% than cutting calories down but not in a drastic manner and do exercises and cardio.
 
You gotta clarify your question. I have to assume you're working out because this is a steroid discussion board. Why be here (the steroid subculture) and imply you don't exercise, lol?

Did you mean lift weights, cut calories, and not do any cardio. If so, the answer is yes.
 
assuming you are doing cardio the five hundred rule can really help lose weight. you cut five hundred calories and burn five hundred doing cardio. it worked for me.
 
Yes i will be working out. I finished a pct 3 weeks ago. Just tring to lose a little body fat before next cycle. I think its to soon to cut without losing muscle.
