Hey all,
I post here because not sure if this is a diet only question.
I am doing 250 mg EW of test cyp and in the last 3 weeks, I gone from 178 to 190. Now, I have leveled off a bit but I think 190 is good enough. The reason I am taking test is to synergistically supplement my GH I am using for joint repair.
Since I am focusing on ligament repair, I am also doing heavy weights to stress the ligaments/tendons but obviously this creates more muscle also. Muscle is nice but secondary to why I am taking test/GH.
I don't want to limit my quality nutritional intake so what does everyone suggest? However, asking this, I can honestly say my diet is not perfectly clean.
