Thanks bro. Yeah I've seen guys taking up to one ml daily for body building. I'm just curious on what a female vegetarian should take since we get must our natural b12 from meats. I get the 30cc btl
1 ml a day. There is not toxic level your just pee out any excess. 1ml a day for a beef eater will have you feeling great. I bet for a vegan it will make an even bigger difference.

Wow thats the first I heard of that! Not doubting you pirate.... I had a big bottle from my trt Dr and I think it was prescribed at 1ml a week. So 1 ml a day??
And can you explain a little more on how it will have you feeling great?

Thanks bro. 1 ml I've heard of for body builders, but just like anzel I've seen docs prescribe 1-2 ml/wk for a reg diet. I'm guessing maybe double that for a vegatarian. At $50per 30cc I want to tweak it and not wanting to waist it. Just looking for the right healthy dose for her.
