drinking egg beaters

i was woundering if it is ok to drink egg beaters egg whites straight out of the carton or if its just like raw eggs. thanks for the help.

the egg whites that are in the cartons are pasteurized so you should be fine. I just think it's gross....lol

thanks fyre. it is kind of gross but id rather down a glass of that then try and stuff down 18-20 cooked egg whites every morning. do you have any other alternatives. thanks again

You can mix them with a protein shake, I used to do that, but I found it was more effective to buy 6 dozen eggs and use an egg white seperator and cook the eggs up. Egg Beaters are pretty cheap at sams club though, or CostCo, whatever you got

Yeah, that's the way to go.

Throw in some oatmeal and you've got a complete meal
