Drinking Water, dieting ect

I've recently started hitting the gym again. After football ended, i put on about 40 lbs. I've lost 20 lbs so far, not from dieting but from just my new job, and hitting the gym in the past months "not very much". But that's all changed, starting thursday i got back into the game.

I've decided, that a significant amount of calories comes from drinking Juice, milk, soda ect.

So i'm drimking only water now. I haven't drank anything else for three days. I actually feel pretty good. I'm also eating less becuase i'm dieting.

For example today i've eaten, A bagel, a salad w/ ital dressing, My next meal is going to be beef and cabbage. And i'm done for the day.

next thing i'm getting ECA Stack, and i would like to know the recomended dose for the thermogenic effects.

Where is the protein in your diet? That is like eating nothing, say hello to catabolism. You really need to read the cutting sticky at the top of this forum and construct a better diet. Worry about adding thermogenics once you have your diet in order.

The goal isn't to eat less, the goal is to eat enough of the right foods at the right time to speed your metabolism and burn only fat. If you look at everyone who successfuly can lose fat and maximize muscle, they are still eating every 2-3 hours of the day. You need lots of protein and healthy omega fats and ofcourse greens. Carbohydrates are what you limit, and it's in a slow process where you slowly lower the grams of carbohydrates out of your daily diet while raising protein until your basically depleted and shredded to shit. You need to research cutting before you end up losing your lean mass.

That's not my 'diet', as in regimented...it's just what happened to cross my path today.

I'm going to start pumping more protein in. I used to be on a high protein diet. It worked well for getting big, i put on 20 lbs of muscle.

What's a good diet I'm a person who needs structure.
If someone could draw up a Two day rotation diet for me, i would stick to it.
