okay i go to school from 7 to 3 get home and rest go to night school i really dont have much time to eat just breakfast a little lunch and dinner now since i cant eat i try to drink as much protein as i can im 146 pounds i wanna bulk up but have no time to eat what can i do my breakfast is just a protein drink 55 grams of protein all together and lunch is just a bag of chips some ice cream or whatever i can get a hold of i dont know what to do and im not gaining any weight what should i do protein bars or what ? or i dont know if u can help me out i would appreciate it thanks!
