eating and protein help

okay i go to school from 7 to 3 get home and rest go to night school i really dont have much time to eat just breakfast a little lunch and dinner now since i cant eat i try to drink as much protein as i can im 146 pounds i wanna bulk up but have no time to eat what can i do my breakfast is just a protein drink 55 grams of protein all together and lunch is just a bag of chips some ice cream or whatever i can get a hold of i dont know what to do and im not gaining any weight what should i do protein bars or what ? or i dont know if u can help me out i would appreciate it thanks!:confused: :confused: :confused:

You can't bring a lunch to school?
I would add some oatmeal in there for breakfast along with your shake.
You might even think of putting a tablespoon of flax oil in the shake for some added calories. Okay, the bag of chips and icecream is not good enough hun. If you want to grow, you have to eat, bottom line.
I don't understand why you can't pack food to eat throughout the day. The time you have to eat a bag of chips or an icecream, surely you could eat a sandwich or a few hard boiled eggs. :confused:
The protein bars are an absolute last resort in my opinion. You need to eat real food. If you are unable to eat real food, bring a couple of bars and grab some premixed protein shakes that you can drink when you have a couple of minutes.
Bottom line is you can't grow if you don't eat! :)
 
Grab some of those pop top cans of tuna. That's an easy way to get your protein too! They come in all sorts of different flavors too.
 
you can buy protein and just take 2 epty bottles to school and just add water. How many credits is that like 40.
 
Along with what fyre said, at 146 I would recommend trying a weight gainer, or some type of meal replacement in addition to the "real food".
 
Benefit, do try to get some of your protein from real food though okay?
Far too many people rely on only protein shakes for their protein. Nothing beats real food in my opinion. :)
